DESIRED SKILLS:

– Plan, execute, and manage all resources for the quality function to ensure timely product delivery that meets customer expectations.

– Understand and define risk inventory, create strategies to mitigate risks, and raise awareness among stakeholders about risks involved.

– Prepare annual budgets in coordination with the VP Supply Chain for all quality activities; monitor and review expenses against budgets periodically

– Manage market complaints database and conduct root-cause analysis to develop corrective and preventive actions.

– Ensure periodic calibration of lab equipment and improve testing efficiency through automation when required.

– Set quality standards for QA functions, monitor quality parameters, and ensure timely availability of test results to stakeholders.

– Develop and implement SOPs, ensuring accuracy of test results and quality of seed evaluations.

– Establish a clean and safe working environment in the seed testing lab as per specific procedures.

– Track reports on time and communicate status to the team during peak seasons.

– Identify training needs for the team and set higher standards in quality.

– Maintain cordial relationships with Biotech, Production, and Plant Operations teams and external stakeholders for smooth coordination.

– Efficiently utilize resources within the budget.

2.Executive Accounts–Payable

LOCATION              : Corporate Office, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

DESIRED SKILLS:

– Bill processing

– Day to day accounting entry of vendor bills

– Recommendation of payment to treasury team

– Ensuring compliance of TDS and RCM provisions.

– Reconciliation of vendor accounts.

– Analysis of expenses variance.

– Coordinating with the business function team for timely payment process.

– Documentation of all documents in a timely manner.

– Balance confirmation process once a year.

– Knowledge of Tally Accounting Software.

3. Assistant Manager – SCM Coordination

LOCATION              : Corporate Office, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

DESIRED SKILLS:

– Indenting of Foundation seed and reconciliation on completion of Sowing season

– Allotting LOT nos based on respective location planting list and communication to locations

– Process the Crop advances as per approvals

– Compilation of sampling status and communicating to all concerned

–  Quality results communication to all respective locations and getting the acknowledgement

– Issuing Form I to Sales dept.

– Process grain advances on receipt the material (MIN).

– Raising purchase orders for QA cleared quantity and submit to Accounts dept for releasing payments.

– Process the final payment after deducting FS cost, STl charges and any other debit balances.

– Maintaining Organizer agreements

–  Maintaining production information in ERP/Manually and retrieve the data as per requirement

– Coordinate with all stake holders in SCM for necessary information.

4. Production Manager-SCM

EXPERIENCE         : 10 – 15 years

LOCATION              : Warangal, Telangana

DESIRED SKILLS:

–  Selection of organizers, potential villages and progressive growers for seed production based on productivity, Quality, Reliability and cost effectiveness.

–  Develop acreage plan based on volume plan and allocate the acreages different locations to achieve the targeted production

–  Develop and ensure implementation sowing plan as per optimum planting window to achieve optimum productivity and timely supply

–  Arrange Foundation seed to different locations and ensure that effective utilization of Foundation seed.

–  Timely Ensure execution of Grower/organizer contract agreements and other production reports and documents.

–  Monitoring seed production plots frequently especially during critical stages of crop growth and ensure that Field quality maintained as per TAL Quality specifications.

–  Timely forecasting yield estimates and take necessary contingency plan to meet business requirement.

–  Develop and ensure implementation of Location/Crop/Hybrid specific package of Practices to achieve targeted production.

–  Ensure that proper Harvest and Post-harvest operations as per SOP to achieve high quality seeds.

–  Develop & Implement SOP & Work Instructions

–  Training of Front Line Field staff on different technical aspects to achieve targeted volume as per TAL quality specifications.

–  Develop and implement continuous improvement continuous improvement projects to improve the efficiency in terms of Quality, Reliable supply and Cost

–  Identify & develop alternate locations & seasons to have strong reliable supply position.

QUALIFICATION: M.Sc- Agri/B.Sc-Agri 

CTC: Up to 12 LPA
